Shipping + Delivery
All packages get shipped via FedEx or USPS and get sent within 3-5 days of ordering. It usually takes 3-5 business days for your package to arrive (for domestic orders). Any 'Free Shipping' items will ship via the least expensive option available, at our discretion. We reserve the right to alter shipping charges if necessary, but will contact you immediately before making any changes. We will only ship items to addresses within the continental United States. HI and AK are excluded.
Privacy + Security
We hate spam just as much as you. No user information gets shared or sold to anybody, ever. Period. Our website uses 256-bit SLL encryption for any exchange of information so you can be assured that your information is safe and secure.
Returns + Replacements
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund (minus shipping charges) within 10 days of receipt of your order. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns on used equipment or clothing and anything that has been discounted 20% or more. Buyer pays all return shipping costs.

To view the status of your order, click 'My Account' at the top of your page and log in with your user name and password. Next, click on 'My Orders' to the left and you'll be able to see all orders you've placed with us.
